STANDARD DOSAGE

An ordinary dose is 3-6 packets of SEIGEN per day. Of course, standard dosages can vary according to differences in each individual's intestinal environment.

It is recommended that one initially take a small dose of SEIGEN and then increase the dosage. WHEN TO TAKE SEIGEN

Since SEIGEN is resistant to gastric acid, there is no need to consider taking SEIGEN in relation to the timing of meals. Rather, it is more important to make SEIGEN a regular daily habit so that SEIGEN will keep regulating and improving the conditions in your intestines by maintaining an ecological environment conducive to the vast multiplication of beneficial bacteria.
